The menu takes a course in several directions:
the kitchen follows a shipping chart that guided ships from the Moscow Canal to St. Petersburg, Karelia and Finland.
On a gastronomic journey across Russia - fish and meat delicacies, snacks, pickles, Far Eastern scallop, Kostroma borscht, poultry, game, Rostov-style fried crucian carp, black cod, server prawns, caviar on ice and Volga crayfish. For sweets - tastes familiar from childhood: poultry milk, straws, nuts, sour cream.
